Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lindsey Gurk apparel, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
